By providing services at your home we are able to directly work on your goals in your environment. Sessions may be held in your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or backyard. We’ve worked on goals such as reaching into kitchen cupboards overhead, transfers between bed and wheelchair, and getting down to the ground to garden.

Locations such as the beach, parks, and playgrounds are great places to meet for your session. They allow for us to work toward goals such as balance, endurance, and strength.

We are happy to meet you at your local recreation centre. Hydrotherapy can be a great way to work toward your rehabilitation goals. The buoyancy can assist with gait training, or the water can add resistance to provide a low-impact environment to build strength and endurance. Additionally, we are happy to help you get comfortable using equipment and start with an exercise program.

We are happy to provide our services in facilities providing long-term care and independent living. We collaborate and communicate with staff in these facilities to coordinate best care for clients.

We love to incorporate recreational activities and sports into our treatment sessions. This can be helpful if your goal is to return to sport. Alternatively, if a particular sport is meaningful to you, it can be integrated into your session as a tool to address your strength, mobility, and balance concerns.
