Hi, I’m lynn.
Registered Physiotherapist, MPT, BScK, CYT.
Lynn obtained her Masters of Physical Therapy from UBC, after completing her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University in Halifax. She has also completed her 500 hr Yoga Instructor Certification in India in 2010, and enjoys incorporating elements of yoga into her physiotherapy practice. Coming from an athletic background, Lynn has always been fascinated with the human body and the physical and psychological benefits of movement.
Lynn enjoys working with a variety of populations, however most of her career has been spent working in neurological rehabilitation, which has always been a special interest. She has her NDT/Bobath certification, along with further training in vestibular conditions, concussion management, persistent pain conditions and orthopaedics. Her physiotherapy practice involves a holistic, individualized treatment approach of education, therapeutic exercise, functional movement, needling and manual therapy, with an emphasis on active rehabilitation to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys staying active in the outdoors. She enjoys skiing and hiking and spending time with her husband and two little girls. She is passionate about helping others get back to the activities that they love and enjoy.
